Consorzio Fat-Free Dressing, Mango
Michael Chiarello, founding chef of Napa Valley's Tra Vigne Restaurant, created Consorzio Mango Dressing from the finest tropical mangoes - many, many mangoes make this light, spicy and aromatic dressing. Drizzle with Consorzio olive oil for a luscious low-fat dressing, or use alone as a fat-free dressing. Marinate chicken, fish or pork before grilling. Toss with fresh fruit or vanilla yogurt. Mix with diced papaya, red onions and cilantro for a stellar fruit salsa.
