In 1913, Philip Lance - took 500 pounds of unwanted peanuts, roasted them and sold them on the streets of Charlotte, NC. From there, he started making his own peanut butter which he used to invent the peanut butter sandwich cracker, charging the course of snack history forever! today more than 100 years later, the lance sandwich cracker lives on - and we still make our own peanut butter.
